Lent is about walking with Jesus in preparation for celebrating the most important feast in the Christian calendar: Easter. Lent is what Christmas is about: God coming to earth as a man to live and die in redemption for our sins. Lent is a time of taking stock, of personal examination of where we are on our journey with and towards God.
